|Federal Public Defenders Christopher Jenkins & Elizabeth O’Connell Present: “Coordinating Federal & State Sentences”
From the Presenters: “Federal law dictates whether a defendant is in primary federal or state custody, and it has little to do with their physical location. This one-hour seminar will educate federal criminal defense attorneys on that law, and it will offer practical guidance for how attorneys can ensure that their clients get the maximum possible credit for the time they spend in custody.”
